Right to Manage companies have a prescribed company struture and the Articles of Association attached show the rules of governance and it's powers. In summary the comnpany is limited by gurantee, there are no shareholders, instead it's members are in charge. You must be a flat owner at 8 Eagle Parade to be a member and your membership ends if you sell your flat. The members decide how the building is managed or appoint an agent to run on their behalf, but under their control.
