Tender for a New Management Company

The next stage is to find a new management company to replace Edge. We will contact local estate agents to get a better idea of what they can provide and their fees. All options are still on the table. We could retain some of the management functions ourselves, maybe the repairs or the accounts. Probably an agent will need to be involved in some form; in particular, we will need advice on legal and compliance aspects of the building. Members of our RTM company will need to decide or vote.
