It's Happening! - We have Right to Manage!

The head leaseholder has informed us that no appeal will be made against our Right to Manage! The current building managers, Edge, have been informed and will hand over control to us on 19th June 2025.

We must decide now how we will manage the building after we take control. It's not too late to be part of the process. If you are a flat owner in the building, join our Right to Manage company as a member and have your say.
