Update - We need just ONE more member!

If we are to take over mangement of the building we need at least 50% of flat owners on board. Thanks to those who have joined already, we need just one member to make it happen! Remember that Edge have plans to re-decorate soon, this means a big bill for us, and no doubt a shoddy and overpriced job. If we can takeover we can fix the real problems, and do the decorating later to our own budget and under our control!
